Cancellation Policy

Your appointments are very important to me as a massage therapist, they are reserved especially for you. l understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, l respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, l miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.

Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance because l know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

Less than 24 hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount.

“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount.

The cancellation policy allows me the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. My policies are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent servicing for my established and future clientele.

Sickness Policy

I care about the health and safety of all my clients and know that we all can be vulnerable to illness and colds/flu, especially in the colder months. That is why l ask you to be thoughtful of my other clients, yourself and me to reschedule your appointment if you are sick. Sickness can come on quickly and if it is within 24hrs of your appointment, please make a quick phone call/message would be greatly appreciated.

Late Arrival Policy

For new Clients - I do request that you arrive 5-10 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow time to fill out any required paperwork. I understand that issues can arise that may cause you to be late for your appointment. However, l ask that you call to inform me if this ever occurs so that l can do my best to accommodate you.

Appointment times are reserved for each client, so often times we cannot exceed that reserved time without making the next client late. For this reason, arriving after your appointment time may result in loss of time from your massage so that your session ends at the scheduled time. Full-service fees will be charged even when sessions are shortened due to late arrival.

In return l will do my best to be on time, and if l am unable to do so l will add time to your session or adjust the service charge accordingly.

Inappropriate Behaviour Policy

Massage therapy is for relaxation and therapeutic purposes only. There is absolutely no sexual component to massage whatsoever. Any insinuation, joke, gesture, conversation, or request otherwise will result in immediate termination of your session and a refusal of any and all services in the future.

You will be charged the full-service fee regardless of the length of your session. Depending on the behaviour exhibited l may also file a report with the local authorities if necessary. Treat your therapist with respect and dignity and you will be treated the same in return.
